Phone thermometer
|
Phone many features to support active lifestyle built in. One of them is
thermometer. This feature measures ambient temperature using using sensor
connected to phone circuit board. This is different from Nokia 5210 which
used sesnor on battery which many third party batteries lack. You can also
get temperature display on standby mode.

Phone digital compass
|
Phone also got Digital compasss. In order to function after batter removal
compass must be calibrated first: set phone on flat surface and follow
on screen instructions, if you rotate too fast or too slow calibration
will fail.
My opinion about the phone
Phone is very nice to use because of it durability. Making call or using
compass wont scare it even on heavy rain. However you should be aware that
from many phones shells have degraded or broken from connecting points
and rear bottom mechanism will eventually brake off. You can make it stay
by without it or if you want keep it from falling you may use duct tape.
Phone compass is nice thing, because I dont want always keep seperate
compass while hiking while exploring in middle of nowhere. From phone thermometer
I can about see how cold or hot there is. I used Fitness coach application
inlcluded with phone but it is bit hard to use sometimes for example in
swimming unless you want take without next to pool. It is still fine for
following your workout and unlike newer phone fitness programs does not
require internet connection.
In my use battery life is max 3 days, however it should be noted that
I call lot and compass is left active many times while I am hiking.
